• Recordings: By using the app, you agree that recordings made within the app may be used to analyze your practice performance. These recordings will be processed and stored by third-party services contracted by Upbeat Studio. We ensure that these analyses are solely for the purpose of providing feedback on your practice and performance.

Confidentiality: We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal information and we reserve the right to cancel your account without notice in case your use of the app does not meet our criteria for good use.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). 
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by following the procedures outlined by Play Store or Appstore

In addition to recurring subscriptions, we may offer a “Lifetime” access plan to Drum Coach Premium.

a. Definition of Lifetime: A “Lifetime” purchase grants you access to all Premium features and content currently available and any future updates for as long as we continue to operate and support the Drum Coach Service.

b. Account-Bound & Cross-Platform: Unlike standard App Store subscriptions, the Lifetime license is tied to your Drum Coach User Account (email/login), not your device or App Store ID. This allows you to access Premium features on any supported iOS or Android device where you are logged in with your specific Drum Coach credentials.

c. Non-Transferable: Your Lifetime license is personal to you. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account credentials with third parties to grant them access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity indicating shared access.

d. Service Duration: “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Service, not the user. While we intend to support Drum Coach indefinitely, we reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time. If the Service ceases operations, your access terminates, and no refund will be provided.

e. Refunds: Although the license is managed by your Drum Coach Account, the payment is processed by the store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Therefore, all refund requests must be directed to the respective store and are subject to their refund policies.

Drum Coach may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you agree to begin a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, the Company reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
